The University of Sydney is ranked in the top 0.3 percent of universities worldwide, which reflects their reputation for global leadership in research and education. CET was established in 1988 and since then it has continued to grow and change.

The University of Sydney Centre for English Teaching (CET) contributes to the broader University's efforts to support international students through the provision of preparatory English language courses.

With specialised programs and highly qualified English teachers, deliver innovative, high quality English language programs in a supportive environment, and maintain excellence in teaching.

The students at CET come from many different coutries around the world, with English as the only common language. Therefore it is a great opportunity to practise English skills while learning about other cultures and traditions, both in very supportive environment. The campus is located close to Sydney´s central business district (CBD) and just a short way to city´s famous beaches.
